This Pricing Schedule outlines the fees and charges applicable to sub-merchants using Paaysay’s Payment Facilitator (PayFac) services. By using Paaysay’s services, you agree to the pricing terms outlined below.
1. Core Fees
1.1 Transaction Processing Fees

3. Settlement

3.2 Reserve Fund Withholding
Paaysay may withhold a portion of your funds as a reserve to mitigate chargebacks and disputes. The reserve terms, including the percentage and duration, will be communicated during onboarding.

6. Notes and Conditions
- Fee Updates: Paaysay reserves the right to update this Pricing Schedule with 30 days’ prior notice to sub-merchants.
- High-Risk Merchants: Additional fees may apply for high-risk merchants, including increased reserve percentages and chargeback fees.
- Restricted Activities: Merchants engaged in restricted activities as defined by Paaysay’s Acceptable Use Policy may incur higher fees or risk termination of services.
- Currency Conversion: Currency conversion fees are applied to transactions involving foreign currencies.
