Client Rights and Fund Protection

Regardless of the safeguarding structure or third-party platform providers used, client rights to safeguarded funds remain fully protected under the PSRs 2017.

PaaySay Ltd maintains robust internal controls to ensure segregation of client funds, reconciliation procedures, and regulatory compliance in line with FCA and EBA (European Banking Authority) guidelines.
